I took my car in for a estimate right after thanksgiving. The person who I dealt with was EJ he told me he would call me back in order to get me in and get pricing approval from the insurance company. After 1 whole month and many run arounds of no returned phone calls that were promised by EJ I decided to take my business elsewhere. Upon meeting EJ he assured me I would like the work they do and it would be done right as I had a bad experience with ABRA in Franklin TN with bad work. I would not recommend this place. If you make false promises on returning simple phone calls your work cannot be that great. The reviews on here don't match my experience. Consumer beware.

Our car started having problems on Friday afternoon on the way to Birmingham and we were close by and stopped in. Not only did they fix the problem, they were extremely warm and friendly - making us feel right at home! It is a very nice place!
Honest and very caring; super nice to let me keep my car there even after I had decided that replacing my engine was not worth it. Worked with me when I sold it 6 days later. Hope I don't have car problems in the future but when I do I know who to call.
