The worst experience in my life. Definitely do not recommend anyone going there....
I can't say enough good about doctor Farrow and his staff. I had issues with other pediatric dentists in the past with questionable services was the reason we swapped. Dr Farrow offers a more conservative approach and thoroughly explains his recomendations so the parent feels informed. All of my children have problem teeth and enamel issues, which he has taken time to speak with me at length about how to best address each of their individual issues. I never feel rushed or just a number at his office.
My youngest needed 8, yes 8 baby teeth pulled as her permanent teeth all grew in at once between cleanings and missed her baby, so didn't push them out. He worked her in that day with his busy schedule so I wouldn't have to take another day off work for a return trip. My daughter was absolutely awful, even with gas and proper numbing from her fear, crying out and making a huge scene in his chair. He was beyond patient with her and gave her as many breaks as she needed to calm down, the entire time with a gentle and calming bed side manor. He is a wonderful pediatric dentist and a blessing to the Spring Hill community.
Dr. Farrow and his staff are THE BEST. You can't find a better group of people. They are so good with kids and I highly recommend Farrow Pediatric Dentistry to everyone.
Worst new patient experience EVER. We recently moved to TN and found the reviews for Dr. Farrow encouraging, so I booked an appt. for my daughter. They knew my daughter was a 1st time patient. They called her back to do "x-rays" and told me she would be right back. 15 minutes later after filling out paperwork and waiting for my daughter I asked the receptionist where she was. I found her 5 minutes before they were finished cleaning her teeth and she had already been given fluoride. She's NEVER had fluoride toothpaste or had it given to her at any of her dentist's office in CA- and I thought, first, as a minor, they would have the parents there, second, ASK me if she was okay to be given a fluoride treatment and third, as a new patient, ASK about any sensitivities to what she might be exposed to (unbeknown to them, she has GI issues and severe allergies). While checking out, I was told I had to give a complete medical history to which I said NO- we weren't coming back. The lady gave me attitude until I told her WHY and she apologized and said she wouldn't charge me for the fluoride- which I couldn't have cared less about it. They obviously didn't get it. If you care about great service and being informed about what your kid is being given- you might want to think about leaving your kid alone- even for x-rays. Luckily, we walked away with only an upset stomach and bad service.
Our son goes to Dr Farrow an we are absolutely love his practice. His ladies that work up front treated us very kindly an respectively nice. When we was in the back those ladies treated our son like their own kid. Very pleased an it looks like we have a long term doctor for our son. Highly recommended
