Please, DO NOT take your children here. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by medical professionals. These people should be embarrassed and shut down.
I love this place everyone is soo friendly. I always get in as soon as I call and they take great care of my kids! My kids even love goin to the doctor.. I would never change doctors offices! You can tell they care about their patients.. highly recommend
We love Grace and Dr. Ketchum. They take their time with our child and we never feel rushed or just a number. Our daughter enjoys coming to the doctor because of how she is treated by the office staff, nurses and doctor.
We we're very happy to find a doctor that was so caring and thorough with our son. Dr.Schofield is amazing, very down to earth, and professional. She seemed very genuine and gave us the attention we needed. I would highly recommend the Thompson Station location and Dr. Schofield!
Finally got fed up and got a second opinion and it turns out there was internal bleeding and their diet was the cause of the horrible pain they were experiencing, and the medicine given to us by Grace Pediatrics would do nothing.
Absolutely horrible, I do not recommend anyone take their children here. Took our newborn in for stomach pain where she would cry for hours and was brushed off saying its normal. Took her back again since it was getting worse and was just given medicine without any probing as to whats causing the issue again saying its normal.
Stomach pain got worse and the medicine did absolutely nothing and took her back a third time and was ignored mostly when we tried to figure out whats causing it, and was just given a higher dosage of the same medicine.
I called back asking why we were given the wrong diagnosis three times in a row and were told, mistakes happen. I asked for someone to contact me back regarding our treatment given and was told someone would contact me, but a week later nobody did. Called back again and was told the same thing, someone would contact me, and another week later nothing.
I bring my grandbabies to Grace Pediatrics. I love their Dr. and the staff are very kind. It's a wonderful place to be when your babies are sick because you feel so comfortable around everyone!
