Dirty on the backside customers only see the front side. Rude angry and overworked employees behind the scenes. A lot of money in the grocery business look at the prices. Good employees hard to find

Kroger had become my go to grocery store. The store is clean, the employees are nice, and the prices are competitive. There are always useful digital coupons through their app, and they frequently send me paper coupons. This Kroger is much bigger than most, and offers more products than most, so it is pretty much one-stop shopping. I'm a huge fan of their fuel points, so that is an added bonus.

I love the FRESH HOT Asiago cheese bagels I get early in the morning from the Kroger bakery! Worth the trip just for them!

While I love shopping at Kroger, employees never give you the customer service you receive at Publix. If employee doesn't know where the item you're looking for is, they just say, "that's not my department" and just say sorry!

I love this store 6am - 10pm. The problem is most of the time I’m at the store after 10pm. Anyone who works long hours, or split shifts like I do finds it hard to come to your third job and bag your own groceries. Don’t get me wrong, I am not a lazy person. I realize the world is changing and everyone and everything is self sufficient and self service. However, what happened to customer service?! I dont see how this possibly saves money. Tonight their was one self checkout lane open. Three people behind me and I had almost $200 in groceries. Not only did the customers have to stand and watch me fight and struggle with getting my groceries out of the cart, look up prices for all my produce, load all the items on the narrow bagging area and continue to have the register loudly announce that I need to put my items back in the bagging area, but I had two employees just stand and watch me! When I asked if one of the employees could at least check out the person behind me, they just replied, nope. Its like this every time I go to any Kroger. Would it kill the budget to have an employee ( just throwing it out there - the same cashier watching me do this and standing next to me 99.9% of the time to run their “super badge” over my register so I can throw in another item). On the other hand the store promotes ordering online. So, let me get this straight.....someone goes around the store and gathers my groceries and I can simply pick them up at the door and I can even get a coupon, but no one can assist a tired, overworked customer check out after 10p! Tell me I’m not alone. Message me on Facebook if you agree. Maybe I’m unrealistic, but it doesn’t seem or feel right.
