Never use Fred Myer Jewlery - they can't do anything. First round of sizing and putting my engagement ring together they lost stones and warped the metal and it looked like crap. Second round they had to rehab the ring. NOW I'm sitting on my laptop in my living room and the engagement ring comes apart from my wedding band. And it's been less then 6 months.
I found the exact same ring that I had looked at with another major retailer for $300 less. The service was great and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will shop with Fred Meyer Jewelers again!
