Image Street filmed Video at Vanderbilt Marching Invitational Oct. 8, 2016 paid $40.00 for DVD of Invitation contest. Called about DVD that we have not gotten in the mail after 4 weeks, got excuses about materials, We told them we were canceling our cc order, told the to refund but they refused. We received DVD & letter dated Nov. 15, 2016, but the quality of DVD was horrible could not even hardly hear the music and color was terrible. Image Street is dishonest, disrespectful and has a very bad product. If anyone wants to see we would be happy to show.
